Manufacturing Defect Policy


If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect then the customer has to intimate the same to the zeromakingcharges.com customer support within 2 days of the date of Delivery.

The customer has to send the product to the registered office of zeromakingcharges.com at his responsibility. Upon receiving the product our Quality and technical check team at ZMC Jewellery Pvt Ltd. will evaluate the Product.

If found to be damaged then 100 % of the Invoice Value will be refunded to the customers bank account within 15 days.

The evaluation will be at the sole discretion of the ZMC Jewellery Pvt Ltd. quality check team.
